We serve individuals from historically marginalized groups who are seeking change through negotiation strategy and support. We consult purpose-driven organizations, and women leaders through expert business consulting and advisory services, and peer-based programs for women entrepreneurs.
We welcome new clients & partners who support equal rights for women, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Working with individuals or organizations who don’t support equal rights is not an option for us, as it goes directly against our social purpose. We believe wholeheartedly that staying with the status quo when so many are left vulnerable- including some of our most vibrant Changemakers and future leaders- isn’t a viable option for building multi-generational organizations.
