Brieanna helps businesses and leaders thrive. She specializes in business advising for innovation and growth. As co-founder and President of A•VIBE, she cultivated and refined these powerful tools, spending 14 years leading a team of creatives, strategists, and engineers. She draws on this transformative experience in her current work as she supports newly launching social entrepreneurs and advises seasoned leaders on how to grow sustainable and people-focused companies.
Brieanna is a master of innovating business systems. Her ability to identify opportunities for improvement and growth through the implementation of technology has made her an important strategic advisor to Fortune 100 companies and large government agencies alike. As a skilled negotiator, Brieanna enjoys bringing the practice of win-win negotiation into all areas of her work.
Brieanna is passionate about exploring and deepening life practices that find common ground in family living and business cultivation. When not working, you will find Brieanna playing in nature with her husband and two daughters.

Strategic Planning & Implementation for Organizations
Strategic growth flows gracefully within an organization when there is clarity and alignment. This occurs when the big picture vision and the strategic initiatives align, as well as when all teams and leaders have been engaged wholeheartedly in the planning and implementation process.
We facilitate strategic planning workshops at our beautiful Headquarters in the Columbia Gorge, and can include some fun activities to make it worth the trip. These planning sessions can include whole company workshops and retreats, as well as subject matter expertise focused support for specific teams within an organization through both small group or quarterly strategic planning sessions.
Leadership Development
Leadership development, team-building, culture-building, and other people-focused initiatives is one area of organizational development we love. Once we get connected to an organization’s purpose and growth plan, we enjoy being a partner in implementing the initiatives connected to leadership development.
Coaching & Mentoring

Lucy Mason — Director of Empowered Leadership
Lucy is an executive coach for purpose-driven leaders and heads up Beset’s leadership development programs as our Director of Empowered Leadership. With a focus on nurturing personal and professional growth, her work helps clients build both resilience and well-being as empowered leaders. There isn’t an area of personal crisis or team dynamics she shys away from. Lucy is most at home diving into transformational conversations that draw out real change.
Lucy’s superpower is listening. Her skill is in seeing the invisible parts of the big picture that other people miss. She cultivates a deep sense of belonging and connection and is naturally gifted at supporting boundaries and values-based action in her client’s lives resulting in leadership that is both purposeful and empowered.
Lucy brings to Beset her experience as a board member, organizational leader and business owner. She earned her BA at the Friends World Program of Long Island University, an international school dedicated to experiential learning and global citizenship. She received additional training as a Whole Person Life Coach through Baraka Institute/Coach Training World. Lucy lives in Hood River, Oregon with her family. She cultivates balance in her life through supportive friendships, delicious food, the rhythms of dance, life-long learning, the meditative powers of gardening and the exploration of nature and the world with her children.

Our pricing model remains competitive for our level of experience and our long-term clients gain the benefit of being a funding partner to these two programs: Gorge Women’s Business Council and Negotiate for Equity.
